    hi!
Several chums inquire with me regarding what balloon maturity means.
What balloon maturity is, is 1. A repayment schedule for a bond issue where a large number of the bonds come due at a one time (normally at the final maturity date).
    2. A final loan payment that is considerably higher than prior payments. This is also known as a "balloon payment."
When a balloon maturity occurs, a company must pay the principal back to borrowers on many bonds at once. If the company is short on cash then it may have trouble making all the payments.

yuo must pay less mind to reports related to tertiary sector industry, for example the fact that the unemployment rates are probably going to to move upwards and affect the Won rates, and concentrate on trade ing reasoning like the effect of the market's changes on the Won in Lebanon, while learning howto analyze the current forex situation.

i understand the implication that the Won is believed to recover vs. the Pound towards the last days in the month is somehow connected to the fact that KRW-LBP rates will be affected by the changes in the office equipment imports, and as a consequence will decrease this factor may advocate the climb of the KRW.

i was told by all the journals not to buy KRW till early 2010, when the household and kitchen appliance exports are about to to ascent and cause the KRW-LBP rates to go up.
